[宝宝食堂] 法式煎饼/蓝莓奶昔/燕麦饼干/苹果薄饼

记录一下最近给Eva准备的早餐和茶点 :) 首先上菜的是法式煎饼~这一次是第二次做,用了不一样的食谱,相较之下,我本身比较喜欢这个食谱,可能是我第一次做的时候没有把面糊搅拌好,所以吃起来涩涩的,而这一次就刚刚好 ^^

我习惯在睡前翻看食谱,然后重复的看着食谱中的步骤,避免隔天手忙脚乱。而这一次的法式煎饼,我用的是Annabel Karmel的食谱

材料:

  • 110g plain flour
  • Pinch of salt (optional)
  • 1 egg
  • 300 ml milk <-- Fresh Farm全脂牛奶
  • 15g melted butter
  • Sunflower or canola oil for frying <---我用Olive Oil
步骤:
  1. Stir the flour and salt together in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre, then add the eggs plus half of the milk.
  2. Stir to make a very thick, lump free batter using a wooden spoon, then beat in the remaining milk followed by the melted butter or just whiz all the ingredients in a blender
  3. Heat a non stick frying pan (approx 20cm/8 inch) on medium heat and grease lightly with oil.
  4. Pour approximately 3 tbsp of batter into the pan, tilting so that there is a thin coating on the base of the pan.
  5. Cook for 1 to 1 ½ minutes until golden brown, then flip with a spatula (or toss if you dare !) and cook a further minute.
  6. Serve with sugar and lemon or maple syrup or one of the fillings featured in this book.
  7. Transfer to a plate. The crepes can be stacked with squares of greaseproof paper or baking parchment in between.

Eva不是每次都会欣赏我为她准备的餐点,可是这天早上她的吃的表情让我很满足~~躲在厨房汗流浃背都值得~

再来是蓝莓奶昔~
因为之前都没有给Eva吃过蓝莓,所以就买了一小盒给她试试看,谁知道她竟然不喜欢~逛街的时候,Fresh Farm的牛奶竟然没有货,只好退而取其次买了Farm House的,BUT Eva竟然不要喝~(其实Eva很难搞的 xD)

既然不喜欢Farm House鲜奶,蓝莓又有点酸,所以妈妈变了蓝莓奶昔出来,喝得很开心~~^^

食谱取自这里,然后改了一下。
蓝莓50g,鲜奶100ml,蜜糖1tsp,雪糕1scoop

再来是燕麦饼干,在妈妈群组看到Heidi妈妈做的。超级无敌简单,最重要是,不需要烤箱!xD

Ingredients:
Oatmeal (organic instant baby oat) and milk (Fresh Farm Full Cream Milk)
Mix together till mushy, spread out on a flat plate. microwave at high heat for 2~3mins, leave to cool and cut into strips/fingers.
*can also mix with fruits to make the oatmeal finger (我掺了plum在里面)

虽然不是很爽脆的口感,可是味道还不错。but Eva不买单,只吃了一片… …

接下来就是看起来像pancake,可是名字叫Apple Pikelet的煎饼啦~做这个的原因是想消灭冰箱内的苹果 :P 食谱取自这里

材料:
  • 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour, sifted
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 300ml buttermilk <—Fresh Farm Full Cream Milk
  • 1/2 cup (140g) apple puree <-- 中型苹果2粒
  • 20g butter, melted
做法:
  1. Combine flour and sugar in a bowl. Make a well in the centre. Whisk egg and buttermilk together in a jug. Add egg mixture to flour mixture. Whisk until smooth. Stir in puree.
  2. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Brush base with butter. Using tablespoons of batter at a time, cook in batches for 2 to 3 minutes or until small bubbles start to form on the surface of pikelets. Carefully turn over. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until cooked through. Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Store in an airtight container.

我一边煎,旁边有只小老鼠在偷吃~
Eva总喜欢在我在厨房忙的时候要我抱她,所以很常时候她都会坐在那个地方看我洗菜切菜煮饭。她不敢乱动,因为她明白'跌跌'这个词
